Dan and Jared were able to leave everyday life for a little father/son time in Vail Colorado. Dan was in Vail Monday and Tuesday hitting the slopes. Jared flew out Wednsday. Yes he flew all on his own. He was very excited and a tad bit nervous. While waiting for his plane in the airport all I could think about was how big he has gotten.
Jared spent the first two days in ski school and then the last two days skiing with Dan. I was not surprised at all when Jared told me he was skiing black diamonds on the last day. He is after all our little athlete. They had an amazing time!
Jared made a few friends in ski school. He enjoyed playing in the snow after a good day of skiing. He was also thrilled when he was able to ride a snow mobile all by himself.

Wow- sounds like SO much fun! Tell Jared I'm jealous- I miss him making me laugh each Sunday.
Looks like they had a blast. I'm so excited to have a boy so Gabe can have those father, son moments! We miss you guys. You'll have to post some pics of the soccer games. We really miss everything in TX.
